Step Three:   Total Component Re-qualification
 
  1. Visual inspection of each component
  2. Gauging to specifications
  3. Surface grinding of valve plates and crankshafts
  4. Machining cylinders to specifications
Step Four:   Strategic Stocking of Components
 
  1. Buffer stock for quick assembly and delivery
  2. Large spare parts inventory
Step Five:   Motor Assembly and Testing
 
  1. Complete motor rewind department
  2. Motor irons are core loss tested
  3. Motors are hi pot, surge comparison, and resistance tested
Step Six:   Assembly
 
  1. Flexible final assembly line for same day delivery
  2. All Parts are again quality checked
  3. Five Q.C. stations on assembly line
Step Seven:   Final Unit Testing
 
  1. Pressurized submersion leak test
  2. Mechanical and electrical run test while under load
  3. Evacuation and dry nitrogen holding charge
Step Eight:   Paint and Package
 
  1. Spray painted with industrial oil based enamel
  2. Gasket kits, labeling and instructions provided with each unit
  3. Final quality checks made before being boxed for shipment
